Welcome to your local Cats Protection!
Our branch covers the postcode areas PE1 to PE7 which takes in all the the city centre, south to Yaxley and Farcet, east to Whittlesey and west towards Oundle where we try to help if we can as there is no official coverage. In the north we cover the Market Deeping area with Stamford branch.
With a large city centre area our resources are stretched and we always have a waiting list of cats to come in which we prioritise in accordance with the aims of the charity.
We have five permanent pens and several short term fosterers with temporary pens.
Our helpline operates on a answer machine basis and volunteers return calls as soon as they can.
